The Public non-profit organization “OMPO Vilnius” is non-governmental environmental organization, which aims to conservation of biodiversity, migratory bird species and their habitats, particularly wetlands.

The Public organization “OMPO Vilnius” implements these aims through various environmental programs performed in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Belarus, Russian Federation, Ukraine and in other countries of Central and Eastern Europe, publishing of issues related to migratory birds and their habitats, and increase of public awareness.

 

This NGO has experience of more then 23 years of activities, since its establishment in 1999.
